PKR3 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on, or using the PKR3 platform at pkr3.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is made between you (the "Player") and PKR3 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using PKR3 immediately and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of the PKR3 platform including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, poker rooms, Ludo games, bonus programmes, the Refer a Friend programme, and all other features and services currently available or added in the future on PKR3.

These terms are written in plain English and designed to be understood without a legal background. If any clause is unclear, please contact PKR3 support before proceeding. Pakistani players are encouraged to retain a copy of these terms for their personal records.

To open and maintain an account on PKR3, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR3 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 and will terminate any account found to be held by an underage individual.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated programmes are not permitted to hold PKR3 player accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from PKR3 or any other gambling platform on which you have previously requested exclusion.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. PKR3 accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously permanently banned from PKR3 for any reason.

PKR3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification. This is a standard security measure that protects all PKR3 players, not a punitive action.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one PKR3 account. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching personal details, phone numbers, payment method details, or device fingerprints — will be merged or closed at PKR3's discretion. Winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering on PKR3. This includes your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any payment details used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR3 login credentials. PKR3 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PKR3 support immediately at support@pkr3.bet. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account unless you have previously notified PKR3 of a security breach.

3.4 Contact Details

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information on PKR3 current. An outdated phone number or email address may delay verification, bonus notifications, and withdrawal processing. PKR3 cannot be held responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact details in your account.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

PKR3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. No other currencies or payment channels are supported. There is no currency conversion involved in any PKR3 transaction.

4.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

PKR3 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Players who have not previously completed verification may be asked to provide a CNIC photo, selfie, or proof of payment method ownership. Delays caused by verification are not PKR3's liability.

4.3 Funds Must Be Your Own

You confirm that all funds deposited into your PKR3 account are legally owned by you and are free from any encumbrance or illegality. PKR3 does not accept funds obtained through illegal means and cooperates with all applicable legal authorities when required to investigate suspicious deposit activity.

4.4 No Withdrawal of Bonus Funds Directly

Bonus balances on PKR3 must be converted to real balance through meeting the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are detailed in that bonus's terms at the time of the offer. See Section 5 for full bonus rules.

PKR3 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Participation in any bonus is entirely voluntary. By claiming a bonus on PKR3, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the specific offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• PKR3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it.
• Bonuses may only be used for eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Not all PKR3 games contribute equally to wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All PKR3 welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and promotional credits carry wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated in the individual bonus terms. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount, unless otherwise stated. Progress towards wagering requirements is visible in your PKR3 account dashboard.

5.3 Refer a Friend Bonuses

The PKR3 Refer a Friend programme has its own specific terms available at /refer-a-friend. Referral bonuses credited as cash balance are generally available for immediate withdrawal but may be subject to a minimum deposit or activity condition for the referred friend — see the programme page for current terms.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

PKR3 monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting on bonus funds, coordinated play between multiple accounts to generate bonus profit, or exploitation of software errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, PKR3 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any winnings derived from it, and permanently close the implicated account.

All games and betting markets available on PKR3 operate under rules that are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game or market before placing a bet or stake on PKR3.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

PKR3 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes bets placed after the relevant event has concluded or where the outcome is already known to the player due to information not available to the general public (often referred to as "past posting"). In sports betting, PKR3 may also limit stakes on certain markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect odds display, an invalid game outcome, or an incorrect bonus credit, PKR3 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and correct the error. Payments made as a result of manifest errors are not valid and must be returned. PKR3 will make every effort to notify affected players promptly.

6.3 Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline stated in the market, or abandoned without a result, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant PKR3 player balances. In-play bets that were settled before cancellation are not subject to void unless the cancellation was known before the bet was placed.

6.4 Live Casino

PKR3's live dealer games are streamed from certified studios. In the event of a disconnection mid-round, the hand will be played to completion according to the game rules, and the result applied to your account upon reconnection. PKR3 is not responsible for network interruptions on the player's side.

The following are strictly prohibited on PKR3 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and potentially permanent closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on PKR3 for any reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on PKR3.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, table positions, or poker hand information on PKR3.
• Using chargeback or payment dispute mechanisms to recover funds that were legitimately spent on PKR3.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or display anomalies for financial gain on PKR3.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Providing false personal information or identity documentation to PKR3.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or PKR3 staff members through any communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your PKR3 account credentials with any third party.

PKR3 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and fair gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Online gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity. PKR3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your PKR3 account. Changes to lower a limit take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict how much you can lose in any given period on PKR3.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure alerts that notify you when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your PKR3 account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

PKR3 collects personal data for the following purposes: account verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and legal compliance. PKR3 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors and compliance services only where necessary to operate the PKR3 platform securely and legally.

All content available on the PKR3 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, text, odds data, and the PKR3 brand identity — is the intellectual property of PKR3 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PKR3 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any PKR3 content without prior written permission. Screen recording, streaming, or broadcasting of PKR3 game interfaces for any commercial purpose is prohibited.

PKR3 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times. However, PKR3 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages.
• Network connectivity failures on the player's device or internet provider.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil disruption, or government action.
• Decisions made by the player based on information or odds displayed during a technical error period.

PKR3's total liability to any player in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months prior to the claim. PKR3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits or reputation.

PKR3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes involving the account.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information at registration or during verification.
• Duplicate account activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months, subject to regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure for a breach of these terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balance may be returned to the player's verified payment method at PKR3's discretion, after deduction of any amounts owed to PKR3. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@pkr3.bet.

PKR3 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — PKR3 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered players and/or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the PKR3 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using PKR3 and may request account closure at any time by contacting support@pkr3.bet.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR3 is licensed and operated. Any disputes arising between a player and PKR3 that cannot be resolved through direct customer support should be escalated via email to support@pkr3.bet, marked "Formal Dispute".

PKR3 will acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to reach a resolution within 14 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, players may escalate to the relevant regulatory body as indicated in PKR3's licence documentation.

Nothing in these terms limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
